Whether it was the birth of a new child, a recent loss of a relationship, a shift at work, childhood trauma, or some combination of stressors I work with my clients to explore what is going on beneath the surface to discover a path forward, toward purpose, peace and healing.

I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, unmanaged stress, postpartum mental health, and parenting. to feel confident, move with purpose, improve relationships and thrive. I bring my true self into this work, combining cognitive, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches to help you heal and meet your personal goals.

I believe we all do the best we can with the skills and resources we have at any given moment, and that all behavior, healthy or not, has at some point served a purpose in our lives.
